Important information...
VAT: All tickets are inclusive of VAT.
DELIVERY: You will receive an automatic email acknowledgment from us shortly after we receive your online order. This email will act as your ticket for entry.
Data Protection and Security: Northampton Winter Food Festival will not pass your data to anyone else. We may from time to time send you information about future events in which we are involved.
SECURITY: Your credit or debit card details will not be seen or stored by us. They will be processed securely by our Payments Processor, Stripe, who are approved by Visa, MasterCard and all the major banks. The system is fully encrypted to industry standard 128 Bit SSL. Your contact details and details of your purchase (other than your card details) are held by us on a secure server, and information sent from this website to the secure server is encrypted.

REFUNDS: In the unlikely event that Northampton Winter Food Festival is cancelled by us, the Organisers, in advance of the scheduled dates, we will refund on request all payments made for tickets. The procedure for this will be published on this website. We will not refund payments for any other reason, including inclement weather.
